In our first post, meet Kasia Wójtowicz , our Quality Assurance Engineer based in Warsaw, Poland. Kasia joined Inflect in 2024, and in her own words, her role is simple: “I kick the tires on our app and make sure nothing falls off 😄.”

What makes your work at Inflect meaningful or worthwhile to you?
Seeing how even the little tweaks make a big difference for our users—it’s super rewarding. I love that I get to help everyone have a smooth experience and save the team from last-minute fire drills. And honestly, it’s just awesome to work with people who trust me and who I can always count on, too.
What’s your ideal work setup?
A quiet office with a lot of plants, big windows, and a sea view.
Best snack/drink combo that fuels your productivity:
Coffee and ice cream 🍦.
What’s a song, quote, or mantra that keeps you going during tough days?
