The Flexential data center located at 333 South 520 West in Lindon, Utah, known as SLC03, is a robust facility designed to meet various IT infrastructure needs. Cooling is managed through a redundant chilled water system, which maintains optimal temperatures for equipment performance. This system is designed with N+1 redundancy to ensure consistent cooling even during peak loads.
Security at SLC03 is comprehensive, featuring multi-layered measures to protect against unauthorized access. The facility is equipped with biometric scanners, mantraps, and 24/7 on-site security personnel. Additionally, the data center is monitored by a robust CCTV system to ensure continuous surveillance.
In terms of connectivity, the data center offers a diverse range of options, including multiple fiber entrances and a variety of carriers. This redundancy in connectivity ensures high availability and low latency, making it suitable for mission-critical applications. The facility also provides direct access to major cloud service providers, enhancing its connectivity capabilities.
